1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Mainland Portugal:

DPD Home Delivery

3. Delivery Times

Mainland Portugal: 1 to 2 business days, depending on the chosen method.

Madeira and Azores: 4 to 14 business days, depending on the weight and value of the order.
4. International Shipping
Shipments to countries outside Portugal may have different timeframes and costs depending on the destination and customs conditions. For specific information, please contact us.
5. Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow your order.
6. Failed Delivery
If it is not possible to deliver the order on the first attempt (for example, due to the recipient’s absence), the carrier may attempt a new delivery or leave the parcel at a shop/pickup point.
If the order is not collected within the timeframe defined by the carrier and is returned to Ārogya Earth, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs and any return costs charged by the carrier.
In such cases, the refund will be issued only for the value of the products, after deduction of the shipping costs and return costs, where applicable.
7. Changes and Cancellations
Changes to the address or cancellation requests will only be accepted before the order is shipped. Once shipped, changes to delivery are not possible.
8. International Shipping Products
For shipments outside Portugal, additional delivery times and costs may apply, which will be shown at checkout. The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes in the destination country.
