How to Use
❶ To Improve Concentration: Add 3 to 5 drops to a diffuser while working, studying, or meditating.
❷ For Scalp Care: Dilute 5 to 6 drops in 20 ml of a carrier oil (such as sesame, sweet almond, or coconut oil). Gently massage the scalp for 3 to 5 minutes and leave on for at least 30 minutes before washing your hair.
❸ For Muscle Massage: Dilute 10 to 12 drops in 25 ml of carrier oil and massage into tired or tense areas.
❹ For Steam Inhalation: Add 3 to 4 drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale the steam for 5 to 8 minutes, keeping your eyes closed.
❺ For an Invigorating Shower: Place 2 to 3 drops on the shower wall before turning on the hot water.
