1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Delivery Methods and Costs

Spain Mainland:

DPD Home Delivery

  • Orders €0.00–59.99: €4.40 (2 business days)
  • Orders of €60.00 or more: Free

DPD Pickup Point

  • Orders €0.00–59.99: €3.80 (2 business days to a pickup point)
  • Orders of €60.00 or more: Free

Balearic Islands:

DPD Home Delivery

  • 0kg–1kg: €5.50 (2–3 business days)
  • 1kg–3kg: €7.50 (2–3 business days)
  • Orders of €150.00 or more: Free

Canary Islands:

DPD Home Delivery

  • 0kg–1kg: €8.70 (3–4 business days)
  • 1kg–3kg: €12.00 (3–4 business days)
  • Orders of €150.00 or more: Free

Ceuta:

DPD Home Delivery

  • 0kg–1kg: €9.80 (2–3 business days)
  • 1kg–3kg: €11.45 (2–3 business days)
  • Orders of €150.00 or more: Free

3. Delivery Times

  • Mainland Spain: 2 business days
  • Balearic Islands: 2 to 3 business days
  • Canary Islands: 3 to 4 business days
  • Ceuta: 2 to 3 business days

4. International Shipping

Shipments to countries outside Spain may have different timeframes and costs depending on the destination and customs conditions. For specific information, please contact us.


5. Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow your order.


6. Failed Delivery

If the first delivery attempt fails (e.g., recipient not present), the courier may attempt another delivery or leave the package at a store/pickup point. If the package is not collected or delivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to Ārogya Earth.


7. Changes and Cancellations

Changes to the address or cancellation requests will only be accepted before the order is shipped. Once shipped, changes to delivery are not possible.


8. International Shipping Products

For shipments outside Spain, additional delivery times and costs may apply, which will be shown at checkout. The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes in the destination country.
