❶  Place one tablespoon of dental oil in your mouth.

❷  Swish the oil in your mouth for 5 to 20 minutes. Gently move the oil between your teeth and along your gums.

❸  After swishing, spit the oil into a trash bin or onto a paper towel. Avoid spitting into the sink to prevent clogging.

❹  Rinse your mouth well with water or warm salt water to remove any oil residue. Then brush your teeth as usual.
