How to Use
❶ Diffuser or Room Freshener: Add 4 to 5 drops to an aroma diffuser with water. For an energizing blend, combine 3 drops of lemongrass essential oil with 2 drops of bergamot essential oil.
❷ Massage: Dilute 10 to 12 drops in 25 ml of carrier oil (such as sesame oil or sweet almond oil) and massage onto muscles or areas of tension.
❸ Aromatic Inhalation: Add 3 to 4 drops to hot water and inhale the aromatic steam for 5 to 8 minutes.
❹ Bath: Mix 5 to 6 drops with one tablespoon of carrier oil before adding to warm bath water.
❺ Natural Room Spray: Add 10 to 15 drops to 100 ml of water in a spray bottle. Shake well before use.
