Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Ārogya Earth! Your satisfaction is important to us. This policy complies with Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14 and follows best practices in e-commerce in Portugal.


Right to Cancel the Purchase (Return Without Cause)

Under Portuguese law, the consumer may cancel the purchase within 14 consecutive days from the date the goods were received, without needing to justify the decision.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email to: hello@arogya.earth).

Conditions for return acceptance:

  • The item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • They must be in the original packaging.

  • They must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.


Products Excluded from the Right to Cancel

We do not accept returns under the right to cancel for:

  • Personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, tongue scrapers, massage tools, neti pots, hairbrushes, and combs).

  • Items that have been used, opened, or have tamper-evident seals broken.

  • Products purchased in sales, promotions, or as part of a giveaway.


Refunded Costs

If you exercise the right to cancel:

  • We will refund the full amount paid for the product(s).

  • We will refund the standard delivery cost initially charged.

Note: If you selected a more expensive delivery method than standard shipping, only the standard shipping cost will be refunded.


Non-Refundable Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Express or customized shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the return cost was not prepaid by the customer, it may be deducted from the refund amount.

We recommend using reliable couriers with tracking and proof of delivery for returns. While we work with professional couriers for our deliveries, returns are the customer's responsibility. Therefore, Ārogya Earth is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, you must:

  1. Return the original item within the legal timeframe.

  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

Exception: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@arogya.earth and return it to:

Return and Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you by email with:

  • Confirmation of receipt.

  • Approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within a maximum of 14 business days, depending on the payment method and bank.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer.

  3. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@arogya.earth.


Undelivered or Returned Orders

If your order is returned to Ārogya Earth due to:

  • Incorrect address or contact information.

  • Recipient's absence at delivery time.

  • Failure to collect from a pickup point.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping or may request a refund minus the original delivery cost.
