How to Use the Neti Pot
Fill the neti pot with warm water and ¾ teaspoon of sea salt, mixing well. Lean forward, gently insert the neti pot into one nostril, and let the water flow out of the opposite nostril while breathing through your mouth. Repeat on the other nostril and ensure the solution is comfortable. For sensitive noses, start with ½ teaspoon of salt.

How to Use
❶ Fill the Neti Pot with warm, purified water, preferably boiled and cooled, and ¾ teaspoon of sea salt, mixing well.
❷ Lean your body forward and tilt your head to insert the neti pot into the upper nostril.
❸ Breathe deeply through your mouth and allow the water to flow gently out of the opposite nostril.
❹ Expel the excess water with a couple of short, strong exhalations and repeat on the other nostril.
The amount of water in the neti pot is sufficient to cleanse both nostrils. For sensitive noses, start with ½ teaspoon of sea salt.
Cleaning and Storage
❶ To restore shine and remove natural oxidation marks from the copper, fill the neti pot with a mixture of lemon juice, salt, and water, and let it sit for 30 minutes.
❷ Then rinse with water. Do not use a scrub or any object that could scratch the copper.
❸ Store the Neti Pot in the provided cotton pouch, keeping it protected and dry.
