All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

DPD Home Delivery (Delivery in 4 business days to home address)

• Orders 1kg–3kg: €17.20

• Orders of €100.00 or more: Free

DPD Pickup Point (Delivery in 4 business days to pickup point)

• Orders 0kg–1kg: €10.20

• Orders 1kg–3kg: €13.20

• Orders of €100.00 or more: Free

4. Shipping Conditions

Ārogya Earth ships internationally, including to Austria, other European countries, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and are shown during checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable local taxes or customs duties in the destination country

5. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your shipment in real time.

6. Failed Delivery

If the first delivery attempt fails (e.g., recipient not present), the courier may attempt another delivery or leave the package at a pickup point. If the package is not collected after multiple attempts, it may be returned to Ārogya Earth, and the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

7. Changes and Cancellations

Address changes or cancellation requests will only be accepted before the order is shipped. Once shipped, changes are not possible.
